Seven Arcana (sevenarcana.com) is run by Sun Teame Pte Ltd. This page explains what data we receive, why, and what happens to it. For any question, write to reports@sunteame.com.

What we receive

• Your name, gender, and birth date, time and place — entered by you for the calculation.
• Your email — to send you the finished report.
• A palm or face photo — only for palm and face reading, and only with your consent.
• Whether you agreed to hear about the extended report.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type) in hosting logs, to protect the site from abuse.

Why

To calculate your charts, write the report and send it to you. We email you about new reports only if you ticked that box. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

• OpenAI — birth details and the calculated values (and the photo, if you agreed) to write the report text.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — the name of your birth place, to find its coordinates.
• Vercel hosts the site; an email provider sends the messages.

These services may be located outside your country, including in the United States.

Storage

The site keeps no database of your readings. Hands and faces are detected on your own device. A copy of the report with your email, name and birth date is kept in our mailbox until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember the colour theme.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to our messages — write to reports@sunteame.com. We reply within 30 days.

Age

The site is meant for people over 16.

Please note

Seven Arcana reports are a symbolic tool for self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
